ASAP Support

The Automated Standard Application for Payment (ASAP) is now available for enrolled DOJ award recipients to request funds. For more information on how to request funds in ASAP, please reference this user guide. For questions related to the use of the ASAP system, please contact the OCFO Customer Service Center by email at [email protected] or by phone at 800-458-0786.

Your organization’s E-Biz POC should have received an ASAP enrollment email invitation and completed the ASAP enrollment. If you have not received your ASAP enrollment email invitation or need assistance in completing the ASAP enrollment, contact the OCFO Customer Service Center. When contacting the OCFO Customer Service Center, please provide your organization’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and EIN.
