System Maintenance Advisory
Due to planned DOJ Financial Management system maintenance, JustGrants will be unavailable for users during the following timeframes:
- Saturday July 17, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. to Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. ET
The Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) system will be available for grant payments during the JustGrants system outage as long as the Department of Treasury’s ASAP is available.
Please review the COPS Office, OVW and OJP program offices websites to find new deadlines for specific solicitations.
The Department of Justice's (DOJ) grants management system, JustGrants, is currently offline for maintenance.
JustGrants transfers financial and entity information from the DOJ financial management system, the System for Award Management (SAM) and Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) systems.
JustGrants is unavailable for users from 1:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. ET on weekdays and between 8:30 p.m. ET Saturday and 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday to allow for the transfer of data between the DOJ financial management system, SAM, and ASAP.
If you are attempting to access the system during these times, you will receive this service dashboard message. You will be able to access JustGrants once it is back online.
