Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
Multifactor authentication (MFA) is required every time you log into JustGrants. MFA adds an extra layer of protection to the sign-in process by requiring users to provide additional identity verification. MFA options for Digital Identity and Access Management Directory (DIAMD) include:
- Okta Verify (authenticator app)
- Security Key or Biometric Authenticator
- Google Authenticator (Android app)
- SMS Authentication (text message)
- Voice Call Authentication
