Entity Profile is a view-only screen in JustGrants that contains account details initiated in the System for Award Management (SAM). Entity profile updates are made at SAM.gov by the E-Biz POC/JustGrants Entity Administrator.
JustGrants uses the System for Award Management (SAM) as the primary source of agency information in applying for and managing DOJ grant funding. JustGrants performs daily automated SAM checks to collect current Entity information. Maintaining an updated account at SAM is critical to an entity’s registration for Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) and JustGrants.
As of September 20, 2023, JustGrants will no longer be accessible on mobile devices. Users can access JustGrants on laptops and desktop computers, including those connected to the internet via mobile hotspot.
