Justice Grants System (JustGrants) Outage

During a planned year-end reconciliation of the Department’s Financial Management System, JustGrants will be unavailable from 11:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, September 30, 2021, until 5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, October 8, 2021. During this time, users will not be able to access JustGrants.  JustGrants will be back online at 5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, October 8, 2021. Read this communication to learn more.

ASAP Accounts Temporary Suspensions for September 2021

All DOJ-related ASAP accounts are suspended for the last five business days during the month of September to conduct account reconciliation activities associated with the end of the fiscal year. Grantee that attempt to drawdown in ASAP will receive an “Error 839: No accounts found matching criteria” message and will not be able to request or receive drawdowns during this period. Award recipients will be able to resume drawdown requests on Friday, October 1, 2021.  Learn more here.
